Return & Exchange Policy

At LuxeMuse Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that choosing the perfect hair extensions or wig is important, which is why we offer the following return and exchange policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Exchanges

If you need a different color, length, or style, we're happy to exchange your unused product within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at your contact email with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
